After years of traveling the world as an incentive travel host, I settled here into what has been a 30+ career of helping buyers find their own slice of paradise. I started the first vacation rentals company, Anna Maria Island Accommodations, on the island in the 1980’s, when realtors concentrated solely on monthly winter rentals, and not weekly vacationers.
